According to Texas Penal Code, Title 5, Chapter 21, Section 21.08, indecent exposure is considered a sexual offense in the state of Texas. Yet at "Child Friendly" drag queen shows throughout Texas, children are exposed to sexual behavior, indecent exposure and lewd language that refers to sex, sexual positions and sexual references that are only suitable within a bedroom behind closed doors.
In Alamo, Tx, February 19th, 2023, S.T.E.P. (South Texas Equality Project), held a “family friendly” drag show as a fundraiser for LGBTQ+ youth. RGV Truth, an independent journalist & documentary filmmaker on the Border Crisis, attended the event and began to film what he saw. Shortly after, PD arrived and revealed that they had been asked to remove him from the premises. The Alamo police complied with the show coordinators and removed him for "trespassing". During the fully recorded encounter, police officers told him they were responding to complaints that he was "recording people's genitals". The fact that children were exposed to genitalia during the show, did not appear to be an issue to the officers on the scene.

S.T.E.P. is highly sponsored. S.T.E.P also prides themselves (as seen on their own social media) in providing birth control to youth; including information regarding how to access the Plan B pill. S.T.E.P. is also funded by DHR Health (Gender surgeries) and backed by the ACLU.
A request was made for the full police report regarding the incident. The report was not accurate or in alignment with the recorded encounter, nor was the host/business owner mentioned.
During a city council meeting, NGOs that attended the meeting aggressively defended the Drag Show, including the President of S.T.E.P., who accused RGV Truth and concerned parents of being "creepy" The president of S.T.E.P. stated that nothing at the show was "sexually suggestive".
Not sexually suggestive?
It is a punishable offense to knowingly ignore and not investigate a possible sex crime. Yet, sex crimes towards children are running rampant throughout Texas. If you speak out against this, you are called a bigot and a fascist. The word “Bigot” has lost all meaning. If Christians and Conservatives are “bigots” by the woke’s definition, we should wear that badge proudly.
Senate bill 12, Relating to restricting certain sexually oriented performances on public property, on the premises of a commercial enterprise, or in the presence of a child; authorizing a civil penalty; creating a criminal offense, was heard on March 23rd in Senate State Affairs committee. Those who oppose the bill gave straw man arguments. Claiming that if the bill is approved, they would "lose their business", "the economy would suffer" or claimed that "this is an attack on LGBTQ rights". The opposers do not have a good excuse when it comes to their wants and desires to sexualize children, so they must make up extreme points that do not exist except for in their own fantasy, self-victimizing reality. Let me be very clear, this bill does NOT prevent businesses and bars from hosting Drag Queen shows. This bill simply prevents these shows from being held in the presence of children. Claims in the Senate were made that "we have been holding drag shows since the times of Shakespeare".
History Lesson time! During the 16th century, the church only allowed men to perform in theater. Therefore, female roles were played by men dressed as women. During this time, it was not appropriate to present as "gay" or show any form of homosexuality. It was not appropriate to show vulgar performances in front of children. Nor were these performers naked or stripped to the least amount of clothing imaginable. Side note - Is it not interesting that a comparison can be made between the oppression on women then, and the oppression and erasing of women now! All by men dressed as women.

So far, Senate bill 12 has been left pending in Committee. Please call every member on the committee and Senator Hughes to get this bill moving.
The groomers were given an inch, and they have taken a mile. It is time to take our children back! During the SB 12 committee hearing, multiple reports were made that several biological men were allowed to use the women’s restroom in the Texas State Capitol, near the senate chamber. These men used the stalls and applied makeup in front of the mirrors. During this time, elementary age little girls were in the bathroom, along with real women who reported the event to Capitol Police. As we understand it, nothing was done about the incident. Today, we (Texas Freedom Coalition) sent out several open record requests that addressed this incident. We want to know if this is against policy, and why nothing was done to make female Texas citizens feel safe. Our Texas “leadership” has failed the people of Texas… more importantly, our Texas leaders have failed our children.
Senate Bill 6, one of Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick’s legislative priorities in 2017, would have “required transgender people to use bathrooms in public schools, government buildings and public universities based on biological sex.” Why is this no longer a priority? The people of Texas are being failed, even within the Capitol walls.
In closing, did you know that in Texas, it is illegal to send naked photos of yourself to someone and you can be charged with a criminal offense? The law makes it illegal to use electronic media to send sexually explicit visual materials to others. Specifically, a person could violate this law if they, without being asked to do so:
1. Send a picture or video depicting them engaged in sexual conduct or showing their exposed genitals; or
2. If the sender is a male, sending a picture of his covered genitals in an aroused state.
How absolutely preposterous it is that we have laws like this in place, but no laws that would protect children from obscene vulgar material in a school or obscene actions during drag show events?
The woke are preposterous.
